We're Having A... !!!
I can’t believe I’m only just posting our gender announcement! We have known for a couple months now what we’re having and I think it makes it feel much more real. We already have a name picked out and have just finished up the registry too, building the anticipation and excitement even more! Based on the color palette I have on in the pictures above, I’m sure it isn’t hard to infer that we’re having a GIRL (!!!). I’m so so excited!
We waited until our 20-week ultrasound to find out, which honestly was torture. I was counting down the days! Both of us we like 51% hoping for a girl, too. I would have been happy with either, obviously, but growing up with all sisters and being a girl myself, it’s what I’m familiar with. Plus, I just know my heart is going to melt seeing Nate having a daughter. And of course she’ll be the best-dressed baby around! I’m already going down the rabbit hole of cute little onesies and sweaters - they’re just so tiny and adorable I can’t resist!! I haven’t been up for many outfit photos while pregnant, but wanted to take some for the gender reveal here, and show off this new pleated dress I got! It’s super gorgeous and also comes in non-maternity and a stunning oxblood color. The pink pairs perfectly with a girl gender reveal, and so you get a two-in-one post!
