One thing I have been noticing lately is the rise of the shoulder bag. You've seen it too, right?
This summer is all about easy looks and pieces that you can throw on with anything!
Last week I went on an unplanned blogging break and it was seriously awesome.
My wardrobe lately has been more neutrals and solid colors, so it was a little out of character to buy this rainbow striped sweater.
The trends lately have been all about sleeves: off-the-shoulder, cut-outs, bell sleeves... So when I found this top with these bubble sleeves, I knew I had to get it.
What's better than a flannel shirt? A flannel shirtdress.
I've always loved the colors of fall. They are more pleasing to the eye and seem to work better with my skintone as well, so I tend to gravitate toward them when I shop.
I love to use the term "casual chic" frequently because it encompasses everything I love into one look, but I'm introducing a new one today: "lazy chic."
I honestly don't know how this rule about "no white after Labor Day" came about, because isn't it always after Labor Day? September 4th this year was still technically after Labor Day 2015.
If you haven't noticed, Anthropologie has been having great sales lately! Right now they're offering 25% off all sale and I was able to snag this awesome sleeveless trench!

I'm just in love with how clever I feel coming up with that title!! This dress has pineapples on it, and the brand is Sea, and of course Spongebob. It just all came together :) haha.
This dress proves that there really is love at first sight.
I AM SO HAPPY IT'S THE WEEKEND. It has been such a long week, even though it was only 4 days!
Purple and light blue and honestly two colors I never would have thought of pairing together.
I mean, just how cool is this print?? I bought it final sale (which is a big no for me) because I just couldn't resist.
